摘  要:研究聚己内酯(PCL)薄膜的制备方法及其包装特性。采用双螺杆挤出流延线制备不同拉伸倍数的单轴拉伸PCL薄膜,分别用万能拉伸试验机、差示扫描量热分析仪(DSC)、透湿仪和透氧仪对PCL薄膜的力学性能、热学性能、透氧性能以及透湿性能进行评估。随着拉伸倍数的增大,PCL薄膜纵向和横向的屈服强度和杨氏模量都增大,断裂伸长率减小。高拉伸倍数PCL薄膜的阻湿性能较好,相对湿度越大,阻湿性能越强。高拉伸倍数PCL薄膜的阻氧性能最优,且随着相对湿度的增加而减弱。通过单轴拉伸提高了PCL薄膜的抗撕裂能力和刚性;高拉伸倍数PCL薄膜的阻氧性能和阻湿性能最好;结晶度随拉伸倍数的增加而提高。To study the preparation methods and packaging features of Poly(ε-caprolactone) (PCL)film. Uniaxially stretched PCL film was prepared by twin-screw extrusion line. Universal tensile testing machine, different scanning calorimetric analyzer,oxygen and water vapor permeability test were used to evaluate the mechanical beha-vior, thermal behavior, oxygen barrier behavior and moisture barrier behavior of PCL with different draw ratios. In the vertical and transverse direction, Yield trength and Young's modulus of PCL film were increased, the elongations at break was decreased with the increase of the draw ratios. The moisture barrier properties of the high stretched PCL film were good relatively, and the relative humidity was higher, the properties were stronger. The oxygen barrier pro-per- ties of the law stretched PCL film were the best, and the oxygen barrier properties were decreased with the increase of the relative humidity. By uniaxial stretching, the rigidity and the tear resistance of PCL film were improved. The oxygen barrier properties and the moisture barrier properties of the high stretched PCL film were the best. The The crystallinity of PCL film enhanced with the increase of draw ratios.
