摘　　要：介绍干排渣系统工作原理和特点,针对干排渣系统故障频发问题,从钢带机、清扫链、斗提机三方面进行原因分析,提出对钢带机、清扫链、斗提机进行技术改造的处理措施,并说明处理效果。This paper introduces working principle and characteristics of dry slag discharge system,the dry slag discharge machine system fault frequent problems,from steel machine,cleaning chain,bucket machine three aspect reason analysis,proposes to steel machine,cleaning chain,bucket machine technical renovation of the processing measures,and the modified effect is verified.
