摘 要:寒冷地区住宅围护结构节能设计参数中的外围护结构保温层厚度、外窗传热系数、窗墙比等是住宅运行能耗主要影响因素,针对节能设计参数的分析与优化是实现超低能耗这一目标的关键。文章以寒冷地区天津市气候特征为基础,采用了多重能耗影响因素单一变量下的住宅能耗仿真计算方法,分析了设计阶段外围护结构节能设计关键参数对住宅运行能耗影响程度,以此确定了被动房住宅围护结构节能设计关键参数值,结果表明:非透明围护结构中的外墙传热系数K为0.14W/(m2·K),屋面传热系数为0.145W/(m2·K);透明围护结构传热系数南、北向均为0.78W/(m2·K),东、西向均为1.0W/(m2·K),太阳得热系数SHGC值均不小于0.474;窗墙比在选用上述围护结构的前提下,南向为0.7—0.8,东、西、北向按照GB50033-2013《建筑采光设计标准》对窗地比要求最小值设定。The insulation thickness of envelop, heat transfer coefficient of window and radio window to wall are main influencing factors to residence energy consumption in cold area. Analysis and optimization of energy efficiency design parameters of envelope for residential passive house is the key to realize the target of ultra-low energy consumption. Based on the climatic characteristics of Tianjin city, the paper used simulation calculation method of multiple factors with signal variable to analyze the influencing residence operational energy consumption, and established the energy efficiency design key parameter values of passive house. According to the calculating result, the values of heat transfer coefficient for exterior wall and roof are 0.14 W/( m2 . K) ,0. 145 W/( m2 . K). The values of heat transfer coefficient for transparent envelope are 0.78 W/( m2 . K) in south and north facades, 1.0 W/ ( m2 .K) in east and west facades, the solar heat gain coefficient must be not less than 0.474. Based on these selections of above envelops, the ratio of window to wall is 0.7 - 0.8 in south facade, and other facades need to meet the minimize ratio of glazing to floor area in Standard for daylighting design of buildings( GB 50033--2013 ).
