摘  要:卸船作业耗电量在火力发电厂输煤系统用电量中占较大比重,输煤线路长,大功率的设备多,卸船效率的提高对改善输煤系统吨煤耗电量指标有重要作用。经过分析得出低于边际能耗是启动卸船流程的必要条件,即边际煤量大于边际能耗是卸船流程启动的必要条件,否则效率较低。据此优化卸船作业流程,并从管理方面提出了节能措施,以减少设备无效运行时间和设备的启停次数,达到节能降耗的效果。。Power consumption for ship unloading takes a great part of that for coal handling system in thermalpower plant. Due to long coal handling line and multiple powerful equipment, ship unloading efficiency pro- motion is key to improvement of power consumption index of coal handling system for each ton of coal. It is concluded by analysis that it is essential to start ship unloading process under margina| coal consumption, meaning marginal coal consumption must be larger than marginal energy consumption, otherwise the efficien- cy is low. The paper also optimizes ship unloading process accordingly and proposes energy saving measures from the perspective of management to reduce equipment idling as well as times of startup and shutdown to save energy and lower energy consumption.
