摘　　要：早在2015年3月15日，国务院颁布的新电改“9号文”首个配套丈件明确指出，核电在保证安全的情况下兼顾调峰需要安排发电；2015年11月30日，“9号文”6大核心配套文件齐发，新一轮电力体制改革再踏征程。面向“十三五”，核电如何逐步面向市场、适应竞争，应对电力市场变化的新常态，凸显其清洁、安全和高效优势，是我国核电行业所面临的重大的新课题。On November 30,2015,the Chinese electric power system reformation documents issued.From the top design,the electric power market construction and other aspects are put forward to a series of major reform measures.Electric power system reformation brought the pressures of both grid capacity and electricity price of nuclear power,but also create a rare development opportunity for the development of nuclear power enterprises.The reformation pushes nuclear power in China gradually to the market competition and adapt to it,as well as remind us the nuclear power should be both inside and outside well-done,take simultaneously measures and improve their market competitiveness.
