原煤预先脱泥与不脱泥重介工艺在高庄洗煤厂的应用对比

摘　　要：高庄洗煤厂现有原煤预先脱泥和不脱泥两种洗选工艺,结合高庄洗煤厂煤质与生产实际,对比分析了两种分选工艺的重介主选分选效果、粗煤泥分选效果以及中矸带煤、介耗等技术指标,对比表明原煤预先脱泥重介工艺效果明显优于不脱泥重介工艺。There are two kinds of raw coal separation processes in Gaozhuang coal preparation plant, that is pre - desliming or non - desliming. On the basis of coal assay and actual production, some main tech- nical indexes with respect to these two processes are analyzed, such as separation effect of main separation system and coarse coal slime, the amount of clean coal carried into middlings or reject, and medium consumption etc. The results show that the pre - deliming separation process is superior to that of non - desliming.
