摘　　要：在信息高速发展的21世纪,计算机作为高科技工具在各行各业得到广泛应用,计算机系统出现的故障也极为普遍。凡是WINDOWS系统用户大都有过"系统崩溃"的经历,要在系统出现故障时及时对故障进行诊断与解决,以最快的速度恢复正常运行,掌握一套行之有效的计算机维修理论、方法和技术是关键。本文就针对WINDOWS系统故障的原因进行分析,并提出相应的解决方法。In 21 century,as development of information highly,computers are widely applied in all walks of life as high tech tools. A fault occurred on a computer system is universal. Most of Window users experienced system crash. If a fault occurred on a computer system,it is needed to diagnose and solve the fault in time so as to recover the system fast. It is a key to master an a set of a tried and true theory,method and technology to repair the computer. The cause for windows system fault is analyzed,and the corresponding solution is presented.
