摘 要:利用乳液聚合方法制备了集成橡胶,并对其聚合规律进行了研究。聚合反应速率随着单体配比中异戊二烯含量增大而降低,集成橡胶中异戊二烯含量随异戊二烯配比的增加而增大,且结合量略大于配比量。混炼加工及性能测试结果表明,集成橡胶加工性能及硫化性能优异,其基础物理力学性能好于丁苯橡胶SBR1502,具有更好的抗湿滑性及滚动阻力。Integrated rubber was synthesized by emulsion polymerization method, and its polymeri- zation law was studied. The polymerization rate was slowed down with increasing content of isoprene monomer ratio. The combination content of isoprene in integration rubber was increased with the in- crease of ratio of isoprene, and combining rate was slightly larger than addition rate. Mixing processing and performance test showed that the processing performance and curing properties of integrated rub- ber were excellent. The basic physical and mechanical properties of integrated rubber were better than SBR1502. Integration rubber has better wet--skid resistance and rolling resistance than SBR1502.
