摘 要:制备了一种由橡胶型氯化聚乙烯(CM)/树脂型氯化聚乙烯(CPE)/聚氯乙烯(PVC)三者组成的共混弹性体,并对其各项性能进行测试表征。考察了不同CM/CPE/PVC共混比、硫化剂用量及白炭黑用量对CM/CPE/PVC共混弹性体性能的影响。结果表明,当CM/CPE/PVC共混质量比为50/20/30,DCP/TAIC用量分别为5份和4份,白炭黑用量为50份时即配方C1的综合性能最好,其中拉伸强度为13.6MPa,断裂伸长率为305%,100%定伸应力为5.5MPa,邵尔A硬度为80,其耐油性能、耐臭氧性能良好,且CM/CPE/PVC损耗模量随剪切速率增大而增大,随应变的增加而减小,随温度增加而降低。A type of CM/CPE/PVC elastomer blends was prepared and characterized its perform- ance. The influence of different CM/CPE/PVC ratio, dosage of curing system, white carbon black con- tent on properties of CM/CPE/PVC elastomer blends was investigated. The results showed that when the proportion of CM/CPE/PVC was 50/20/30;the amount of DCP/TAIC was 5 phr and 4phr;the a- mount of silica was 50 phr the comprehensive performance of the elastomer blends was the best. The tensile strength,elongation, modulus at 100%, shore hardness were 13. 6 MPa, 305%, 5. 5 MPa and 80A respectiyely. The oil resistance, ozone resistance performances were good, and the viscosity of CM/CPE/PVC system increased when the shear rate increased, decreases when the strain increased, and decreased when temperature increased.
