摘  要:目的:探索不同产地桃金娘根提取物的红外光谱共同特征,以及不同溶剂的桃金娘根的红外光谱特征。方法:将桃金娘根粉碎,粉末在乙醇、乙酸乙酯、二氯甲烷和正丁醇中超声提取,过滤,干燥后压片以测定红外。结果:不同产地桃金娘根的红外谱图峰型和峰位基本一致,但峰强度有差异;而不同溶剂提取下的同一产地桃金娘根的红外光谱的峰形、峰位和峰相对强度均存在一些差异。结论:红外光谱法具有快速、整体、直观的特点,可用于桃金娘根的鉴别。Objective: To research lhe infrared spectra characteristic of the extraction of Rhodomyrtus tomentosa (Air) Hassk. Root from different regions and different solvent. Methods:The root powers were extracted in ethanol, ethyl acetate, dichloromethane and n- butyl alcohol. The extractions were dried and measured by infrared spectroscopy. Results : The different regions of the same solvent extracts presents similar absorption peak shape and peak position. And the IR spectra of different solvent exists some differences in peak shape, peak position and peak intensity. Conclusion: The IR method was simple and fast for analyzing different source of Rhodomyrtus tornentosa (Ait) Hassk. Root and it provided a method for rational exploitation and quality control of Rhodomyrtus tornentosa (Air) Hassk. Root.
