参甘冠心合剂治疗室性心律失常临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察参甘冠心合剂治疗室性心律失常的临床疗效。方法:将64例室性心律失常患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各32例,对照组患者服用参甘冠心合剂,对照组患者口服盐酸美西律片。两组患者原发病的治疗用药不变,疗程为8周,观察比较两组患者的临床疗效和不良反应。结果:经过治疗,治疗组患者总有效率为81.25%,高于对照组的71.88%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:参甘冠心合剂治疗室性心律失常疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。Objective：To observe the efficacy of＂Shengan Guanxin Decoction＂for the treatment of ventricular arrhythmia. Methods： Sixty four patients with ventricular arrhythmia were randomized into treatment group and control group, 32 cases in treatment group were administrated with＂Shengan Guanxin Decoction＂,32 cases in control group were administrated with mexiletine hydrochloride tablets. Two groups of primary disease treatment were same with the course of 8 weeks, the efficacy and adverse reactions were observed. Results： After treatment, the according overall effective rate of the treatment group was 81.25 %0, the according overall effective rate of the control group was 71.88% ,there were statistically significant differences between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：＂Shengan Guanxin Decoction＂can improve the clinical symptoms of ventricular arrhythmia.
