摘　　要：基于现有的社区物流配送模式,重点围绕快递服务方式,运用作业成本法对社区配送成本进行分析。通过比较共同配送模式与传统配送模式的成本,从而分析共同配送模式在城市社区应用的可行性,为物流企业的成本控制与优化提供决策参考。In this paper, on the basis of available community logistics distribution modes, we used the activity-based costing to analyze the cost of the community distribution process and then through comparing the cost of the joint distribution practice and the traditional distribution practice, demonstrated the feasibility of the application of the joint distribution mode in the urban community context.
