It is required to meet demand of function, moreover safety and beauty. So the design of door trim needs to overall consider model effect and specific structure. It is a complicated system engineering. In addition, door trim provides proper protect of absorbing energy at side impact and shielding function of noises outside of the car. This text introduces door trim design thoughts and methods mainly by typical section.
