摘　　要：在轿车结构设计中,外部造型直接影响轿车的美观,是消费者在购买时主要考虑的因素,然而内部结构不被人关注,轿车内部结构设计在整车设计中占据了重要的地位,前围流水槽是车身系统重要的组成部分,其保证了车身的扭转刚度,改善座舱的舒适环境,提高碰撞时车身的安全性能,同时前围流水槽是车身前部排水的主要路径,需要其保证来自前挡风玻璃的雨水顺利排出车外的同时,不进入发舱及驾驶室,因此需要在前围流水槽结构设计过程中重要考虑结构防锈,文章主要论述轿车前围流水槽防锈结构设计。The out plate directly affect the appearance of the external shape of the car in car design. It is the major factor to consider when purchasing. People are not concerned about the internal structure. But interior structure design occupies an important position in the vehicle design. Front wall sink is an important part of the body systems. It ensures the torsional rigidity of the body and improves cabin comfort. It improves the safety performance of the body collision. Meanwhile, front wall sink is the main drainage path of water which comes the front of the car. We need it to discharge water comes from the front windshield of the vehicle outer car, at the same time, it need to protect the water from cab. Therefore the structure rust design is important to consider. This paper discusses the structure rust design of front wall sink.
