农村劳动力外出务工区域的影响因素分析

摘　　要：基于世界银行的数据,运用MLogit模型,研究农村劳动力务工迁移区域的影响因素。结果表明,大专及以上学历的农民工倾向于选择"县外市内"及更远的区域务工;较大的家庭土地规模会显著抑制农村劳动力的外出务工和城市融入;同村外出务工经商人数对农村劳动力的外出务工具有显著的促进作用。对此,应加强对农村劳动力的教育投入、健全农民工的社会保障体系,扩展其城市社会资本,以推动农民工的城市融入和市民化进程,提高我国的城镇化水平。Based on World Bank data, using MLogit model to study factors that influence the migration of rural residents in the area of workers. The study found that college and higher education of migrant workers tend to choose the county outside the city and more than the region to work. Large-scale land will significantly inhibit rural migrant workers migration and urban integration. The number of migrant workers in business will significantly promote rural migrants. Government should strengthen the education of rural residents and improve the social security system of migrant workers to promote the integration of migrant workers and the process of urbanization, and then improve the level of urbanization in our country.
