摘  要:运用作业条件危险性分析法、道化学火灾爆炸指数法、事故后果模拟分析,定性定量分析装置危险性的结果表明:作业条件危险性分析计算装置催化剂厂房、三乙基铝稀释间,其危险等级分别为高度危险、显著危险;道化学火灾爆炸指数法计算装置催化剂厂房危险等级属于非常大,补偿后其危险等级降为较轻;事敌后果模拟分析得出,环己烷储罐发生爆炸事故的死亡半径R=37 m。三乙基铝周转罐发生爆炸事故的死亡半径R=12.7 m,并提出装置安全对策措施。By using working condition risk analysis method,Dow Chemical Fire and Explosion index method and accident consequence simulation analysis method,the risk of device is analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively.The results show that the risk levels of the catalyst plant and the triethyl aluminum dilution unit are determined to be highly dangerous and significant dangerous through analyzing and calculating with the adoption of working conditions risk analysis method;the risk level of the catalyst plant is determined to be very high through calculating with the adoption of Dow Chemical Fire and Explosion index method and the compensated calculating results show that the risk level of the catalyst plant was reduced to lighter level;from the accident consequence simulation analysis,it is determined that the death radius of cyclohexane tank in the catalyst preparation unit is37 m in explosion accident.The death radius of triethyl aluminium turnover tank in triethyl aluminium dilution unit is 12.7m in explosion accident.The paper proposes some countermeasures for the safety of the device.
