摘 要:通过推行清洁生产和对炼油污水处理设施的改造优化,对炼油污水实行生产全过程的污染控制,实施原油二次切水、电脱盐除油、新建投用110 t/h污水汽提、碱渣注汽提等清洁生产方案,降低上游装置排放污水中的污染物含量。同时分析了炼油污水处理装置的运行状况,经过改造和完善炼油污水工艺,发挥均质调节罐的作用,提高隔油浮选的处理效果,改善生化处理运行条件。使上游各分级控制口排污得到控制,炼油污水外排水质逐年提高,达到排放标准逐步提高的要求。Through clean production and optimization for the modification of refinery sewage treatment facilities,pollution control of the whole production process of refinery sewage is carried out.Clean production schemes are implemented,including the secondary cutting water of crude oil,electric desalting degreasing,building 110 t/h wastewater stripping and alkaline stripping injection and putting them into use and reducing the pollutant content in the sewage from upstream discharge device.Meanwhile,an analysis on the operation of refinery sewage treatment plant is made.Refinery sewage process is revamped and improved.The role of homogeneous regulating tank is played to improve the treatment effect of oil separation flotation and biochemical treatment operation conditions.Sewage discharge from the upstream hierarchical control ports is under control.The effluent quality is increased year by year,which accordingly meets the yearly increased requirements of the emission standards.
