摘　　要：随着城市环境不断恶化,各级政府对改善城市生态、缓解城市土地紧张、提高城市绿地率的迫切要求,城市人对改善居住生活环境、基本户外活动交往空间要求以及对生活质量提升的愿景,促使城市屋顶花园营造活动不断发展,给屋顶花园景观设计提供了机遇和挑战。本文首先对近年国内外屋顶花园发展关键点进行了比较分析,进而探讨在新形势下,屋顶绿化作为绿色建筑、构建海绵城市的重要构建技术之一,应如何提升关键技术;同时结合不同业态,分析屋顶花园应如何结合建筑进行空间营造,通过园林要素实现与文化的对接与传承;以人大附中西山分校屋顶绿化为例,介绍屋顶花园设计中文化的运用。最后对屋顶花园技术与文化艺术的发展进行展望。With the environment worsening, the local government has the urgent demand to improve the urban ecology, ease urban land tension, improve the urban green space rate, and the city people hope to improve the living environment, the space requirements of the basic outdoor activitiesand the quality of life.Those lead to a continuous development of urban roof garden, and provide opportunities and challengesto roof garden landscape design. This paper first analyzes the key points of the development of roof garden in recent years, and then discusses how to improve the key technologies of green buildingand construction of sponge city. At the same time, we analyze how the roof garden should be combined with the construction of the building, through the garden elements to achieve the docking and cultural heritage, and taking the green roof of RDFZ Xishan school as an example, analyze the use of the culture in the design of roof Garden. Finally, we look forward to the future of the development of roof garden technology and culture.
