摘　　要：从发展核电运行服务体系建设的迫切需求出发,详细分析了国内外及上海核电运行服务体系现状及特点,提出了上海核电运行服务体系建设思路、保障措施和政策建议,为拓展上海核电运行服务体系建设提供了方向和途径。Based on urgent need to develop the constraction of service system for nuclear power operation, the paper deeply analyzes the status and characteristics, proposes the construction strategies, support measures and policy suggestion, which provides direction and ways for this system constuction
