阴道分泌物五联检与显微镜镜检的方法学比较

摘　　要：目的通过与常规镜检结果进行比对来探讨五联检试剂盒检测白带常规的临床应用和技术优势。方法收集524份阴道分泌物标本，分别进行阴道五联检检测和常规镜检并对两种检测结果进行比对。结果524份标本，两种方法对乳酸杆菌检测、白细胞检测、滴虫性阴道炎、念珠菌性阴道炎的检出率差异无统计学意义（P ＞0．05），而对细菌性阴道炎（BV）的检出率差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论通过两个方法学的比较，阴道五联检检测能够减少真菌、滴虫的漏检率，而针对 BV 检测，五联检比常规镜检具有更高检出率，该检测技术为临床提供更为快速准确的依据，且操作简单，不需要特殊仪器，是一项值得推广的妇科诊断技术。Objective To evaluate the clinical application of the combined determination of five leucorrhea rou‐tine detection kit by methodology comparision .Methods 1124 samples of vaginal secretion specimens were detected using five vaginal joint detection and conventional microscopy and comparing these results .Results Of the 1 124 specimens analysis ,the detection rate of two methods had no significant difference （P〉0 .05） in the detection of Lac‐tobacillus ,white blood cell ,trichomonas vaginitis and monilial vaginitis ,and the detection rate of bacterial vaginosis （BV） had a significant difference （P〈 0 .05） between two methods .Conclusion Through comparison of two meth‐odology ,vagina five joint detection can reduce the miss rate of mould ,trichomonad .Five joint detection could improve the rate of BV detection compared to conventional microscopy .The joint detection can provide more rapid and accu‐rate basis for clinical diagnosis and is worth spreading for gynecological diagnosis as the advantages of simple opera‐tion and no need of specific equipments .
