757例中老年血小板参数与血糖、血脂、血尿酸的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的利用统计方法观察中老年人健康查体血糖、血脂、血尿酸等血生化指标与血小板参数的相关性。方法以血糖、血脂、血尿酸大于临床正常标准为高值组，以上述都小于临床正常标准为正常值对照组，比较正常值组与高值组血小板参数均值差异性，分别对总样本、正常组和高值组人群进行了血糖、血脂、血尿酸与血小板参数的相关性分析。结果（1）正常组与高 UA 组的血小板的4个参数无显著差异；正常组 MPV 与所有高组、混合组都无显著差异；正常组的 PLT 和 PCT 与高组、混合组存在显著性差异；正常组的 PDW 仅与高 CHOL 组有 P＜0．05的显著性差异。（2）正常组 PDW 与所有指数均无显著相关性；MPV 仅与 CHOL 有 P ＜0．05较显著相关性；PLT 与 LDL‐C 、UA 、GLU 、CHOL 存在显著相关性；PCT 与 GLU 、UA 存在显著相关性。（3）高值组 PLT 仅与CHOL 存在 P＜0．01极显著相关性；PCT 与 CHOL 、LDL‐C 存在显著相关性；MPV 与 GLU 、CHOL 存在 P＜0．05较显著相关性；PDW 与 TG 、LDL‐C 存在 P ＜0．01极显著相关性。结论中老年人高血糖组、高血脂组 PLT 和PCT 高于正常人，MPV 、PDW 与高血糖、高血脂有一定的相关性，特别是胆固醇正常或高于正常都与血小板各参数相关，高尿酸与血小板各参数均无差异且无相关性，监测血小板参数的变化对高血糖、高脂血症引起心脑血管和血栓性疾病有参考意义。Objective Using statistical methods to analyze the correlations between serum biochemical （such as blood glucose ,blood lipid ,serum uric acid） and platelet parameters from health examination reports of middle and old aged people .Methods Divide the total group into different groups according to normal clinical standards ：those with higher blood glucose value ,higher blood lipid value and higher serum uric acid value than normal clinical stand‐ards as high value groups ,and those with all three values lower than normal clinical standards as normal control group .Compare the mean differences of platelet parameters between high value groups and normal control group ;An‐alyze the correlations of blood glucose ,blood lipid ,serum uric acid with platelet parameters of total samples ,normal control group and high value groups respectively .Results （1） There was no significant difference in four platelet pa‐rameters between normal group and high‐UA group ;there was no significant difference in MPV between normal group and three‐hypers group ,total group ;There was significant difference in PLT and PCT between normal group and three‐hypers group ,total group ;Only high‐CHOL group has significant difference in PDW with normal group with P〈 0 .05 .（2） There was no significant correlation between PDW and all indices of normal group ;There was sig‐nificant correlation between MPV and CHOL of normal group with P 〈 0 .05 ;There was significant correlation be‐tween PLT and LDL‐C ,UA ,GLU ,CHOL of normal group ;There was significant correlation between PCT and GLU ,LDL‐C of normal group .（3） There was highly significant correlation between PLT and CHOL of high value group with P〈 0 .01 ;There was significant correlation between PCT and CHOL ,LDL‐C of high value group ;There was significant correlation between MPV and GLU ,CHOL of high value group with P〈 0 .05 ;There was highly sig‐nificant correlation between PDW and TG ,LDL‐C of high value group with P〈 0 .01 .Conclusion
