摘 要:目的:本文通过测定心衰患者血清中同型半胱氨酸与胱抑素 C 浓度,探讨 Hcy 、Cys‐C 与心衰的相关性及应用价值、Cys‐C 浓度要高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.001);心衰组间比较:各组间 Hcy 水平差异有统计学意义,其中心源性心衰组血清 Hcy 含量要高于肺源性心衰及其他组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。 Cys‐C水平在其他组水平明显高于心源性心衰组和肺源性心衰组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.O5)。方法收集住院的心衰患者样本150例,年龄43~85。40例对照组,为本院健康体检者,年龄26~80。采用酶循环法、免疫比浊法分别测定血清中 Hcy 、Cys‐C 水平。结果心衰组与对照组比较:各心衰组血清中 Hcy 。结论血清 Hcy 与 Cys‐C 在心衰患者血清中均增高,存在着正相关性,且不同分组间 Hcy 与 Cys‐C 增高程度具有差异。因此提示在临床工作中通过检测血液中的 Hcy 及 Cys‐C 水平有助于心衰的诊断及病因学分组,具有重要的临床意义。Objective In this paper ,the relevance and value of serum homocysteine and cystatin C concentra‐tion are measuring in patients with heart failure .Methods Gather specimens of 150 cases of heart failure patients in hospital ,aged 43 to 85 .40 cases as the control group from the hospital healthy ,aged 26 to 80 . the enzyme cycling method and the immune nephelometry were measured serum Hcy 、Cys‐C levels respectively .Results Heart failure group and the control group were compared :The levels of serum Hcy and Cys‐C were significantly higher in the pa‐tient than those in the controls(P〈 0 .001) ,with a statistically significant difference ;among the heart failure groups :serum Hcy level differences between groups have statistically significance ,serum Hcy level of cardiogenic group is the highest than pulmonary and other groups ,with a statistically significant difference (P〈 0 .05) ,Cys‐C level were sig‐nificant difference among heart failure groups (P〈 0 .05) .Cys‐C level of other group is the highest than pulmonary and Cardiac groups .Conclusion The levels of Hcy and Cys‐C are higher in the patiant with heart failure than control group ,There is a positive correlation .And between different groups increased Hcy and Cys‐c degree has difference . Therefore ,the detection of serum Hcy and Cys‐C levels are contribute to diagnosis and etiology analysis of heart fail‐ure ,and with important clinical implications .
