摘  要:目的检测慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重(AECOPD)患者、COPD稳定期患者、健康志愿者肺功能FEV1、FEV1/FVC水平、外周血及痰分泌物中IL-16和IL-17的表达水平,初步探讨IL-16和IL-17可能参与COPD发病的免疫学机制。方法选取2012年6月至2014年10月本院慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者45例,其中AECOPD患者25例,COPD稳定期患者20例,健康对照组45例,分别检测肺功能检查中FEV1、FEV1/FVC水平,采集患者外周血及痰分泌物检测IL-16和IL-17的表达水平。结果AECOPD、COPD稳定期两组肺功能FEV1、FEV1/FVC水平明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05);AECOPD、COPD稳定期两组在外周血中,IL-16和IL-17表达水平高于健康对照组。差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05);AECOPD、COPD稳定期两组痰分泌物中,IL-16和IL-17表达高于健康对照组。差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论IL-16和IL-17可能参与慢性阻塞性肺疾病的病理过程,具体机制有待进一步探讨。Objective To test the lung function FEV1,FEV1 / FVC levels,IL-16 and IL-17 from sputum secretion and serum of patients with acute exacerbation chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD) group, COPD remission group, healthy control group for the purpose of exploring the possible immunological mechanism. Methods Selected chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in 45 cases, which have 25 cases with AECOPD, 20 cases with COPD remission,group and 45 cases healthy control group between June 2012 and 2014 October, pulmonary function tests were detected in FEV1, FEV1 / FVC levels,collect peripheral blood and sputum secretions in which the expression of IL-16 and IL-17. The data was analyzed by SPSS 17.0 software. Results AECOPD group,COPD remission group to alleviate pulmonary function FEV1, FEV1 / FVC were significantly lower than the control group, the differ ence was statistically significant(P〈0.05) ;AECOPD group,COPD remission group in the peripheral blood of patients, 17 IL-expression of IL-16 and higher than the healthy control group,the difference was statistically significant (P〈0. 05) ;AECOPD group, COPD remission group relieve sputum secretions, IL-16 and IL-17 expression higher than the healthy control group, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion IL-16, IL-17 takes part in the path of physiological process of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with the immunological mechanism.
