农村居民养老保障满意度及其影响因素研究——基于内蒙古农村居民的实地调研数据

摘　　要：本文基于2014年内蒙古自治区9个市(盟)农村居民的实地调查数据,采用logit回归模型分析了农村居民对农村养老保障的满意度及其影响因素。研究结果表明:农村居民对农村养老保障的满意度较低。文化程度越高的农村居民对农村养老保障满意度越高,养老金发放标准越高农村居民对农村养老保障满意度越高。农村居民的性别、年龄、健康状况、人均纯收入、新农保的投保标准对农村养老保障满意度的影响不显著。在此基础上,提出了完善农村养老保障,提升农村居民养老保障满意度的政策建议。Based on rural residents’ qu estionnaire survey in 9 cities in Inner Mongolia, this paper studies rural residents’ satisfaction degree of rural old-age security and its influencing factors by using logit model. The results reveal that rural residents’ satisfaction is low. Those who have the higher education are more pleased with it than others; those who are more aware of the rural old-age security are less pleased with it. Rural residents’ age, gender,health conditions, the lighter burden of personal accounts of new rural social pension insurance system, the per capita net income have insignificant influence on rural old-age security. On this basis, this paper proposes some relevant suggestions on perfecting rural old-age security to increase rural residents’ degree of satisfaction.
