景德镇陶瓷文化创意产业集群三螺旋创新模型研究

摘　　要：基于大学—产业—政府互动关系而形成的三螺旋模型是阐释区域创新和经济增长的重要分析范式。基于三螺旋理论分析,研究了景德镇陶瓷文化创意产业集群中各创新主体的角色定位,并结合生命周期理论分析了陶瓷文化创意产业集群创新演化规律,认为陶瓷文化创意产业集群生命周期的延伸以及产业创新能力提升的关键在于集群内形成三螺旋创新能力场。在陶瓷文化创意产业集群三螺旋创新模型中,大学螺旋线、产业螺旋线和政府螺旋线之间的相互缠绕能够促进集群系统中混合组织的生成和创新要素的高效流动,进而推动集群的创新演化。The triple helix model of unive rsity—industry—government interaction relations is one of the most comprehensive and important analytical paradigm to explain the regional innovation and economic growth. The paper studies the role of innovators in Jingdezhen ceramic cultural and creative industries cluster based on the triple helix theoretical framework, and discusses the evolving laws of the cultural and creative industry cluster innovation from the perspective of life cycle theory. The paper suggests that the formation of the triple helix innovation field within the cluster is the key to the extension of cultural and creative industry cluster’s life cycle and the promotion of innovation capability. In the triple helix innovation model of ceramic cultural and creative industries cluster, the helix intertwining of university, industry and government can accelerate the creation of hybrid organizations and the efficient flow of innovative elements, and promote the evolution in cluster innovation system.
