摘　　要：以辽宁省为例研究通用航空产业网络演化规律。运用产业网络和价值链理论,分析了产业网络演化的微观机理,完善了产业网络演化的动力系统,总结了产业演化的主要模式。从实证角度分析了辽宁省产业基础与通用航空产业链的耦合性,给出了辽宁省航空产业网络演化的模式。提出了通用航空产业网络发展存在的问题与启示。通过研究得出如下结论:需求与供给的匹配关系是产业网络演化微观机理中的核心;产业网络演化动力系统中5个正反馈回路促进企业进入,两个负反馈回路阻止企业进入;辽宁省产业基础与通用航空产业链条高度耦合;辽宁省通用航空制造业应采用生产者驱动型与市场自发调节下"自组织"型产业网络相结合的演化模式,通用航空运营业应采用购买者驱动型和"他组织"相结合的产业网络演化模式。The network evolution law of general aviation industry was studied taking Liaoning province as an example. To improve the dynamic system of the industry network evolution, industry network theory and value chain theory were used to analyze the micro mechanism of the industry network evolution and the main mode of industry evolution is summarized. The coupling of the industrial base and the general aviation indus- try chain in Liaoning province was analyzed from the empirical perspective and the problems and revelation of the general aviation industry network development in Liaoning province were put forward. In the paper some conclusions were reached as follows. The matching relationship between demand and supply is the core of the industry network evolution. Five positive feedback loops in the industry network encourages enterpri- ses to enter, and two negative feedback loops prevent enterprises from entering. The industrial base of Liaon- ing province was highly coupled with the general aviation industry chain. Liaoning general aviation manufac- turing industry should adopt the industry network evolution model based on producer-driven model and＂ self-organization＂ under the spontaneous adjustment of the market. And the general aviation business should adopt the industry network evolution model based on buyer driven model and the ＂organization＂.
