摘　　要：三坐标测量是车身尺寸控制的重要手段,而其中的曲面测量,是最容易产生误差的地方。主要介绍接触式自动三坐标测量设备的曲面测量原理,以及在车身测量中的应用,并详细介绍了误差产生的主要原因及对策。CMM （coordinate measure machine） is an important method for controlling body dimension, and there are many measure error in measuring curving plane. In this article, I will introduce the basic principle about measuring curving plane using automatic, contact-type CMM equipment, then use it in measuring BIW （body in white）. I also introduce some reason about how it comes from and how to solve it, they will help measurer avoid many measure errors.
