摘 要:本文简要回顾了"一带一路"的历史沿革。把"一带一路"的成矿地质背景在"1∶25M世界大-超大矿成矿图"中产出部位和应用矿床(点)的聚类方法在有关矿聚区中圈出矿汇(Ore cluster)作为整装勘查区。提出应用地质的、技术的、经济的和环境的"四元模型",开展"地质技术经济双控论的矿床合理勘查"、"不同规模矿床的合理开发年限"、"风险投资决策支持系统"和"5R循环经济矿业可持续发展"四项科学技术模拟完成"一带一路"矿业开发。同时还提出了"一带一路"矿业开发"三资"(资源、资产、资本)和矿业经营的矿业"贷"、"易"、"链"矿业发展方向。The paper reviews the historical revolution of the Belt and Road. Delineating the locations of deposit-forming geological background of the B&R in the map of “1:25M World Large-Super Large Deposits”, applying the method of cluster of mineral deposits plots, located ore cluster as integrated exploration areas. The paper suggests applying 4 elements model composed of geological, technical, economic and environmental elements, launching 4 scientific and technological simulation, which includes rational mineral resources exploration employing dual controlling theory of geology and technology & economy, rational development time period for different scale mineral deposits, risk investment decision making supporting system, and 5R sustainable mining development, to implement the B&R mining development. The authors also propose the direction of resources, assets, capital in mining development, and loan, transaction, and chain in mining business operation.
