摘　　要：中国和新西兰两国经贸关系稳定、健康、快速发展。目前,中国是新西兰最大的贸易伙伴。新西兰矿产资源丰富,正积极寻求国外投资。本文简要介绍了新西兰高价值金属资源的种类、分布和投资机会,概述了矿产管理法律框架、管理机构、矿业活动涉及到的各类许可制度,包括矿业权许可、土地准入许可、卫生安全许可、资源许可等制度。Sino-New Zealand＇ s economics and trade relations are stable, healthy and rapidly developed. China is currently the largest trade partner of New Zealand. New Zealand is abundant in mineral resources and is actively seeking overseas investment. This paper briefly introduces the New Zealand＇ s mineral resources occurrences and their distribution, mineral resource management legal framework, administration organizations, describes various regimes regulating mining activities, including mineral permits, land access, health and safety permits, resources consent, etc.
