京津冀地区经济一体化进程中的土地利用问题

摘　　要：区域发展不平衡在经济发展过程中是不可避免的,区域经济差异是客观存在的,不合理的差异会成为区域经济进一步发展的障碍。京津冀协同发展已经上升为国家战略,京津冀三地的经济发展都有着各自的特点,同时经济发展水平也存在巨大差异。本文通过对京津冀三地的土地利用现状和土地规划进行比较,分析京津冀在土地利用和现行土地规划上的问题,并提出只有三地加强合作范围和力度,才能更好的进行产业结构调整,实现三地的协同发展。Unbalanced regional development in the process of economic development is inevitable, regional economic disparities is an objective reality, irrational regional differences will become an obstacle to further economic development. Coordinated Development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region is a national strategy, the economic development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei all have their own characteristics meanwhile the development gaps among them are significant. This paper analyzes the existing problems by comparing the land use and land planning situations among Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, and puts forward that Coordinated Development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region can be realized only by further industrial restructuring though extending the scope and strengthen the efforts of cooperation among them.
