摘 要:目的分析军队作训人员运动性心脏损伤的临床表现、治疗及预后。方法收集2011年1月—2015年3月收治的诊断为心脏损伤的军队作训人员42例的临床资料,对其临床特征、心肌损伤标志物、心电图、心脏超声结果进行分析。结果运动性心脏损伤的临床表现包括心律失常、心肌损伤等,心肌损伤标志物升高、心电图改变和心脏超声均可帮助诊断。42例给予对症治疗,均康复出院。结论运动性心脏损伤的临床表现多样,提高对该病的认识,有助于诊断和规范治疗流程。Objective To analyze the clinical manifestations,treatment and prognosis of exercise-induced myocardial damage in PLA officers and soldiers during military trainings. Methods Clinical data of 42 PLA officers and soldiers diagnosed as having exercise-induced myocardial damage during January 2011 and March 2015 was collected. The clinical characteristics, indexes of myocardial damage markers, resuhs of electrocardiogram (ECG) and echocardiography results were analyzed. Results Clinical manifestations of exercise-induced myocardial damage included arrhyth- mias and myocardial injury, and the increased levels of myocardial damage markers. ECG changes and echocardiography is helpful in the diagnosis. All the 42 patients recovered and were discharged after symptomatic treatment. Conclusion The clinical manifestations of exercise-induced myocardial damage are diverse. It is helpful for improving the awareness and diagnosing and standard treatment.
