摘　　要：为准确方便地获得CO2自动焊工艺参数,利用正交设计及二次回归组合设计方法,对CO2自动焊接工艺参数之间的关系进行了优化试验,用SPSS软件对试验结果进行了统计分析与检验,并建立了CO2自动焊接工艺参数的数学模型。In order to get the process parameters of CO2 automatic welding accurately and conveniently, this article conducts the optimization experiment to test the CO2 automatic welding process parmneters using the orthogonal experimental design and quadratic regression combina- tion design. This paper also tests and analyzes the resttlt with SPSS,and at the same time, the mathematical models of CO2 automatic weld- ing process parameters are established.
