循环流化床锅炉风室静压分布对床温偏差影响的试验研究

摘  要:某300 MW循环流化床锅炉在运行过程中,中部床温与左右两侧床温偏差达到110℃以上,给运行人员优化调整带来困难。以国内某电厂同型锅炉为案例,设计并实施了水冷风室静压分布的现场试验,并结合试验数据,深入分析了水冷风室静压分布对床温偏差的影响。结果表明:该厂1号锅炉水冷风室静压呈现中间略高,两侧略低的趋势,最大静压和最小静压偏差在风室平均静压的1%以内,总体而言各区域静压偏差较小。因此,水冷风室静压分布不能作为该型锅炉床温偏差的主要影响因素。通过调整水冷风室静压值,即适当加大一次风风量,可以适当的减小床温偏差。A 300 MW CFB boiler occur the problem that the temperature deviation between the middle and the both sides of the bed achieves more than 110℃ during operation, which brings adjustmental difficulty to operators. Based on the experiment data of static pressure distribution in the water-cooled plenum, a deep analysis for the effect of static pressure distribution in plenum on the bed temperature deviation has been carried out. The results show that the static pressure distribution of water-cooled plenum presents an trend of the middle's above the both sides' , the static pressure deviation was small in general. Thus the main reasons of causing the boiler bed temperature deviation is not the static pressure distribution of water-cooled plenum, the bed temperature deviation could be decreased by adjusting static pressure in the water-cooled plenum.
