摘  要:在20kW下行燃烧炉上进行大同烟煤的空气分级燃烧试验研究,研究了影响空气分级燃烧效果的因素和NO_x的生成与还原路径,分析了不同工况下的飞灰的残余氮含量。结果表明:在不分级燃烧条件下,NO_x的生成量随着过量空气系数的增加而增大,在控制总过量空气系数的条件下,通过提高分级深度或者推迟燃尽风的投入能够进一步降低NO_x生成,但这种降低程度存在上限。空气分级燃烧过程中存在明显的挥发分氮还原现象,同时焦炭氮的析出也受到抑制。Experiments were carried out on a 20 kW down fired combustor with Datong bitu- minous coal to study the impact parameters of air-staged combustion, and investigated the NO; formation and reduction path. Residual nitrogen in fly ash was also researched in this paper. The results indicated that in unstaged combustion, NOx emission increased with the in- creasing of excess air ratio. When fixed the total excess air ratio, by increasing staging level or delay over fire air's position, NOx emission decreased, but there is a limit of this effect. In air-staged combustion, volatile-N reduction appeared as well as the char-N release was inhibited.
