摘 要:为探讨体育锻炼介入对大学生心理困乏的影响,采用羽毛球课外锻炼作为手段来对实验组学生进行干预,并利用大学生自我控制量表和大学生心理困乏量表对实验组和对照组进行测量并进行统计学分析。结果表明:通过体育锻炼的介入,大学生在自我控制上有显著提高,心理困乏方面有显著降低。结论:体育锻炼可以有效地提升大学生的自我控制能力,改善大学生的心理困乏水平;自我控制对心理困乏有一定的预测作用。In order to investigating the effect of physical exercise on College Students' mental weariness, extracurricular badminton exercise has been used as a intervention means to the students of the experimental group, then the experimental group students and control group students have been measured by college students self-contrul scale and mental weariness scale. The results show that, self-control of college students has significantly improved while mental weariness has significantly reduced by physical exercise. The conclusion is: physical exercise can effectively improve the students' self-control ability, and improve the college students' psychological weariness level; self-control gives a certain accurate forecast on the mental weariness.
