体育专业高考生考前焦虑状态的分析——以咸宁地区为例

摘　　要：本文采用文献资料研究、问卷调查、数理统计等方法,运用美国心理学家斯皮尔伯格(Spielberger·C·D)教授编制的《状态—特质焦虑量表》对咸宁地区参加2012年湖北省体育高考的127名考生(82男,45女)进行问卷调查与分析。结果显示:在体育高考这一特定情境下,体育高考生的焦虑水平普遍上升,女生焦虑水平明显高于男生(p<0.01),其中状态焦虑水平显著高于常模(p<0.01),也高于国内相关研究报告中普通高考生的得分。体育高考生考前的状态焦虑是影响运动技能的重要心理因素,过低或者过高的焦虑水平都不利于完成动作,只有保持较适宜的焦虑才有利于运动水平的发挥。因此,教师在平时训练时要有针对性地从生理、情绪、认知等方面对考生进行心理辅导,其研究结果有利于体育高考生考前高焦虑状态的调整。This article USES the literature research, questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics method, using American psychologist Steven Spielberg （Spielberger c. D） compiled by professor ＂state - trait anxiety scale＂ to Xianning region of Hubei province sports college entrance examination in 2012 127 students （male 82, female 45） questionnaire survey and analysis. Results showed that the sports college entrance examination this specific situation, high sports examinee＇s anxiety level rise generally, girls anxiety level is significantly higher than boys （p 〈 0.01）, in which the state anxiety level is significantly higher than norm （p 〈 0.01）, and also higher than that of ordinary domestic related research report high examinee＇s score. Sports state anxiety of high examinee exam is the important psychological factors influencing the sports skill, too low or too high anxiety level is unfavorable to make the action, only to maintain the appropriate anxiety is advantageous to the activity levels of play. Therefore, the teacher to a targeted in peacetime training from the aspects of physical, emotional, cognitive and other candidates for psychological counseling, the research result is helpful to physical adjustment of high examinee exam anxiety state.
