妊娠合并甲状腺功能减退症经激素替代治疗的妊娠结局分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨妊娠合并甲状腺功能减退症经过激素替代治疗的妊娠结局。方法:分别选取2010年12月至2014年12月期间41例临床甲状腺功能减退和亚临床甲状腺功能减退孕妇作为研究组(分别记为A组和B组),同期再选取41例甲状腺功能正常孕妇作为对照组(记为C组),给予A、B组激素替代治疗(左旋甲状腺素),而C组不做任何特殊治疗,比较其妊娠结局。结果:A组妊娠期高血压发生率、胎膜早破发生率明显高于C组(4.88%、9.75%),差异比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。其它妊娠并发症发生率方面,三组差异比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。并且,三组新生儿结局比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:妊娠合并甲状腺功能减退症经过激素替代治疗后,妊娠期高血压与胎膜早破发生率较高,但其整体妊娠结局与正常孕妇相似。Objective： To investigate the pregnancy outcome of the treatment of the pregnancy with hypothyroidism after hormone replacement therapy. Method： From December 2010 to December 2014 in our hospital,41 cases of pregnant women with clinical thyroid function impairment and subclinical thyroid function impairment were selected as the study group（ group A and group B）. At the same time,41 cases of pregnant women with normal thyroid function of pregnant women were as control group（ Group C）,given,group B hormone replacement therapy（ levothyroxine）,and group C werent given any special treatment,then the outcomes of pregnancy were compared. Result： The incidence of hypertension and premature rupture of membranes in group A were significantly higher than those in group C（ 4.88%,9.75%）,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. In the incidence of other pregnancy complications,the difference anomy the 3 groups was not statistically significant（ P〉0.05）. Conclusion： The incidence of hypertension and premature rupture of membranes after hormone replacement therapy in pregnancy complicated with hypothyroidism is a little higher,but the imctegral pregnancy outcome is similar to those of normal pregnant women.
