摘 要:研究了干露胁迫0.5、1、3 h对日本囊对虾(Marsupenaeus japonicus)肝胰腺呼吸代谢酶活性和肌肉RNA/DNA比值的影响。结果显示,与对照组相比,干露胁迫0.5 h和1 h对肝胰腺细胞色素氧化酶(CCO)、琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)、延胡索酸还原酶(FRD)和乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活性无影响;干露胁迫3 h,CCO和SDH活性显著降低(P<0.05),而FRD和LDH活性显著升高(P<0.05)。入水恢复24 h,3个试验组CCO、SDH和FRD活性逐渐恢复至对照组水平,而干露胁迫3 h试验组LDH活性仍显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。干露胁迫0.5 h对肌肉RNA/DNA比值无显著性影响(P>0.05),而干露胁迫1 h和3 h RNA/DNA比值显著降低(P<0.05),入水24 h时均可恢复至对照组水平。研究表明,干露胁迫对日本囊对虾呼吸代谢酶和RNA/DNA比值有显著影响,会降低其生理代谢能力,但机体在胁迫3 h内具有自我恢复能力;CCO、SDH、FRD和LDH可以作为其应答干露胁迫的监测指标。The effects of desiccation and subsequent recovery on respiratory metabolic enzyme activities and the RNA/DNA ratio of Marsupenaeus japonicus were investigated. Shrimps were performed under desiccation individually without water at 25 ℃ for 0.5, 1 and 3 h, respectively, then subsequent recovery for 24 h in aerated seawater was observed. Compared with the control group, the respirator), metabolic enzyme activities of cytochrome c oxidase (CCO), succcinate dehydrogenase (SDH), fumarate reductase (FRD) and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) showed no significant change in hepatopancreas after desiccation for 0.5 and 1 h (P 〉 0.05). After desiccation for 3 h, CCO and SDH activities decreased significantly, meanwhile FRD and LDH increased significantly ( P 〈 0. 05 ). After recovery for 24 h, CCO, SDH and FRD activities in three desiccation groups returned to the control level, but LDH activity in the desiccation 3 h group was significantly higher than that of the control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). The RNA/DNA ratio in muscle showed no significant change after desiccation for 0.5 h ( P 〉 0.05 ), but it decreased significantly after desiccation for 1 and 3 h (P 〈 0. 05 ). The RNA/DNA ratios in three desiccation groups could return to the control level after recovery for 24 h. Results indicated that desiccation had noticeable impacts on respiratory metabolic enzyme activities and the RNA/DNA ratio of M. japonicus, and showed significantly destructive effects on the shrimp' s physiological metabolism ability. But the shrimps could recover to the normal by themselves under desiccation for 3 h. CCO, SDH, FRD and LDH could be regarded as monitor indices for desiccation in M. japonicus. This study can provide insights into the transportation without water and regulatory mechanisms of the resistance to desiccation in M. japonicus.
