超大旋转玻璃遮阳百叶施工

摘　　要：中国人寿研发中心F-05地块(数据中心)工程,建筑幕墙总面积55 000 m2,其中外立面三层地面至四层顶,473樘8 m高玻璃百叶尤显节能、新颖、壮观。选用16a槽钢与160 mm×60 mm×10 mm矩形管焊接组成遮阳百叶的钢龙骨边框,两端设置89 mm钢管或变形钢杆与矩形钢管以穿透形式焊接。设计了电动控制系统,在克服自重并抵抗风荷载的情况下,保证遮阳百叶能自由旋转和停止,各项结构、装饰、绿色环保均达标,取得了良好的经济效益与社会效益。In China Life Research and Development Center Plot F-05（Data Center） project, the building curtain wall covers a total area of 55000m2 and the facade from the 3F floor to the 4F ceil is decorated by 473 pieces of eight meters glass louver, boasting of its energy conservation, novel and magnificent appearance. 16a channel steel and 160mm×60mm×10mm rectangular tube were welded together to form the steel joist frame of the sunshade louver and 89mm steel tube or deformed steel rod penetrate through and were welded together with the rectangular steel tube. Electrical control system was designed to guarantee that the sunshade louver could rotate and stop smoothly under gravity and wind load. Structural, decorative and environmentally-friendly factors satisfy the standard requirements and realized favorable economic and social benefits.
