摘  要:某综合性办公楼办公设备较多造成机电管线复杂,各专业管线在公共走道相互交叉,且设备排布复杂。传统机电管线施工时需大量协调各个专业,合理安排各专业的安装顺序,预留安装空间等,故十分复杂。通过引入BIM技术应用,改进了机电管线安装工艺流程,提高了机电管线安装一次合格率,节省了工期,减少了不必要的拆改,取得了很好的社会效益和经济效益。In a general office building, office equipment are arranged in complexity and their wires crossed each other in the public corridor. It is a heavy work to coordinate different disciplines in traditional electromechanical pipeline construction, because the installation sequence of different disciplines shall be arranged reasonably and space shall be reserved for installation. The application of BIM technique could the construction process of electromechanical pipeline installation, improve the one-off qualification rate of electromechanical pipeline installation, reduce constructions schedule, avoid unnecessary dismantlement and realize favorable social and economic benefits.
