摘　　要：根据工程特点和施工要求,分别从施工现场安全管理、脚手架及安全防护、施工用电管理、环境保护、生活区管理、料具管理及数字化创新管理9个方面采取多项措施,确保工地安全文明施工管理措施落到实处。用创新技术打造"标准化管理"、"数字化工地",提升安全文明标准化施工水平。Based on the engineering characteristics and construction requirements, measures were adopted on different aspects, such as safety management on construction site, scaffold installation, safety protection, construction electricity management, mechanical safety, environmental protection, living area management, material and tools management and digitalized creative management, etc., to successfully guarantee the implementation of safe and civilized construction management, create standardized management and digitalized construction site, and effectively improve the safe, civilized and standardized construction level.
