摘 要:利用浙江南北跨越27°-31°12′N,相距约450公里的不同生态条件进行穿梭育种研究。从F_2起在嘉兴、杭州、富阳和温州的不同生态条件下进行选择,所选择的单株相互交换,使每一个试点都种植全部选择的株系,允许选育者根据当地的表现进行淘汰和选择。这样便能在不同的生态条件下对每一世代的当选单株进行适应性鉴定,以选育适应性较广的新品种。通过穿梭育种不仅较易选得适应性较广的品系,而且最后所选得的较优良品系几乎没有一个是选育者从自己推荐的组合中连续选择育成的。这表明穿梭育种还可以通过各育种者扬长避短,共同努力,提高选择效果。现初步育成几个新品系。本文还对今后的穿梭育种工作的改进作了讨论。Researches on shuttle breeding of rice were carried out in Zhejiang Province, which extends from 27° N to 31° N latitude and stretches for about 450 kilometers from south to north. Selections were made independently from F_2 generation at each of the four sites of ecological differences: Jiaxing, Hangzhou, Fuyang and Wenzhou, and exchanged among sites to enable each to have a full set of selections made in all sites. Selections were reselected and discarded in each advancing generation according to their performance in respective environments, which made it possible to analyse the stability of seletions and to develop new varieties with wide adaptibifity and good stability. It was observed that most of the promising lines from one breeder's recommended cross were developed by others indepndently through continuous selection. The author suggestes that rice breeders in a cooperative shuttle breeding programe could benefit from each other in improving selection efficiency. Several promising lines have been released from preliminary researches. Methological improvement of shuttle breeding of rice is also discussed.
