摘 要:如何保证沙漠地区RTU阀室电气设备间的适宜温度,是长输管道工程的设计难题。将被动式冷却技术引入阀室温度设计,以伊拉克工程为例,基于被动式冷却的工作原理,设计出被动式冷却系统:由放置在室内的蓄热水箱、换热器以及放置在屋顶的室外换热器3个部分组成,并通过管道连接组成室内和室外闭式循环系统。对该系统重要的设计参数如何取值进行分析,并在此基础上与太阳能能量管理系统(EMS)相结合,补充了具有辅助作用的主动式冷却设备,形成了更加实用的混合式冷却系统。新型冷却系统有效解决了RTU阀室电气设备间的温度问题,可为中东、非洲、东南亚等沙漠或热带雨林地区的管道工程设计提供参考。Maintenance of optimum temperature in electrical equipment room of RTU valve chamber in desert areas has been a significant challenge in engineering design of long-distance pipelines. Accordingly, passive cooling techniques are used in design for temperature control in valve chamber. Taking the Iraq project as an example, a passive cooling system is developed based on passive cooling principle. This system includes three components: indoor heat-storage tank and heat exchanger, and outdoor heat exchanger deployed on the roof, which are connected via pipelines into a closed circulation system covering both indoor and outdoor facilities. Value assignment for key design parameters of the system is analyzed. Then, with combination of the solar energy management system (EMS) and supplementation of auxiliary positive cooling equipment, a hybrid cooling system with better serviceability is formed. This innovative cooling system provides an effective solution for temperature control in electrical equipment room in RTU valve chamber. The research results can provide references for pipeline engineering design in Middle East, Africa, Southeast Asia and other areas in deserts or rain forests. (2 Figures, 4 Tables, 10 References)
