摘  要:铁路配电所电能质量治理装置采用高压链式逆变器完成DC/AC变换,通过功率单元级联实现交流高压输出,但输出电压中含有大量高次谐波。为了降低输出的高次谐波含量,提高电能质量治理效果,文章对载波移相调制(CPS-PWM)下高压链式逆变器输出电压中的基波以及各次谐波进行分析。根据理论分析确定LC低通滤波的截止频率,同时考虑输出阻抗、空载损耗以及不同负荷下系统稳定性,提出滤波器优化设计方法。并通过研制的拟用于电气化铁路配电所的10k V 2MVA高压逆变器进行实验,对理论分析进行验证,试验结果证明优化设计方案是可行的,达到了提高输出电能质量的效果。A high-voltage cascade inverter is adopted to complete DC/AC transformation for the power quality improve- ment of railway distribution substation, ac high -voltage output is achieved by power unit cascaded, and the output volt- age contains a lot of higher harmonic. In order to reduce the output higher harmonic content and improve the treatment effect of power quality, the fundamental wave and each harmonic in the output voltage of high-voltage cascade inverter are analyzed when the carrier phase-shifting pulse width modulation (CPS-PWM) is adopted. The cut-off frequency of LC Lowpass filtering is determined according to the theoretical analysis, at the same time, meanwhile the output imped- ance, no-load loss, and the system stability under different load are considered, filter optimization design method is put forward. Finally, a developed 10kV 2MVA high-voltage inverter proposed for electrified railway distribution substation is used to validate the theoretical analysis, the experimental results demonstrate that optimized design scheme is feasible, achieves the effect of improving the output power quality.
