摘  要:目的探讨九节木的提取物对阿尔茨海默病模型小鼠的影响.方法采用跳台法及Morris水迷宫实验,检测九节木的不同极性提取物对D-半乳糖和亚硝酸钠所致阿尔茨海默病模型小鼠的影响,并检测了小鼠脑内ACh E酶活力和LPO含量,血清SOD酶活力和MDA含量.结果九节木的提取物能延长小鼠的潜伏期,减少错误次数,缩短小鼠寻找平台时间,并且能降低ACh E酶活力、LPO、MDA含量,提高SOD酶活力。结论九节木的乙酸乙酯提取物和水提取物具有改善学习记忆能力的作用,其中乙酸乙酯部位和水部位为活性部位,且其作用呈现一定的量效关系.Objective: To study on the anti-Alzheimer's disease effects of extracts from Psychotria rubra in mice. Method: The effect of extracts of Psychotria rubra against D-galactose and sodium nitrite induced Alzheimer's disease mouse model were tested by step down test and Morris water maze, and measured the brain AChE enzyme activity and LPO content and the serum SOD enzyme activity and MDA content in mice. Result: The extracts from Psychotria rubra could prolonged latency and decreased error frequency and found plat time of mice and decreased the brain AChE enzyme activity and LPO content and the serum SOD enzyme activity and MDA content in mice. Conclusion: The ethyl Acetate extracts and the water extracts of Psychotria rubra had improved the learning and memory abilities of Alzheimer's disease model mice. The ethyl Acetate extracts and the water extracts ofPsychotria rubra were activity part and its role in showing a dose-effect relationship.
