摘 要:选取安徽六安地区、辽宁朝阳地区和河北承德地区三种代表性产区铁精矿粉为原料,通过1150℃保温4.5h的隧道窑还原工艺制备出海绵铁粉。通过化学分析和XRD、SEM等分析手段研究了铁精矿粉成份和粒度对海绵铁粉质量的影响。结果表明:安徽六安地区铁精矿粉最为适合作为制备高品质海绵铁粉的原料;当铁精矿粉粒径为45~75μm时,所制备的海绵铁粉的氧含量最低,铁含量高达97.88%,且各项物理性能优异,与国外先进厂家所生产的海绵铁粉质量相近。Three typical kinds of iron ore concentrate powder,which were respectively produced from Liuan in Anhui province,Chaoyang in Liaoning province and Chengde in Hebei province,were selected as raw materials to prepare sponge iron powder by 4.5h tunnel kiln reduction process at 1150 ℃.The effects of composition and particle size of iron ore concentrate powder on sponge iron powder were analyzed through many modern technologies such as chemical analysis,XRD and SEM.The results show that the iron ore concentrate powder from Liuan is the best raw material for producing sponge iron powder,and the most reasonable particle size is in the range of 45 μm to 75 μm.The prepared sponge iron powder owns perfect performance of low oxygen content and high iron content with the purity 97.88%,as well as excellent properties,the quality is close to that of sponge iron powder prepared by advanced foreign manufacturer.
