摘  要:合成了2,4,6-三氨基-3,5-二硝基吡啶-1-氧化物(TANPy O)含能钾盐,采用FTIR和元素分析,表征并分析了其结构,该含能盐分子式为K(C5H5N6O5)。其中,TANPy O 4-位的氨基脱去一个氢原子。测试了TANPy O含能钾盐的撞击感度和摩擦感度,TANPy O含能钾盐的撞击感度和摩擦感度分别为272 cm和0。采用TG-DTG和DSC技术,研究了TANPy O含能钾盐的热分解行为,含能盐分别有一个吸热峰和一个分解放热峰,峰温分别为249.3℃和278.7℃,热分解剩余残渣量为8.8%。采用TG-DTG和DSC技术,研究了TANPy O含能钾盐对AP热分解的催化作用。结果表明,TANPy O含能钾盐可使AP热分解速度加快,低温分解峰温和高温分解峰温分别提前10.8、72.5、49.0℃,对AP热分解具有良好的催化效果。An energetic potassium salt of 2,4, 6-triamino-3, 5-dinitropyridine-l-oxide (TANPyO) was synthesized, and its structure was characterized with FT-IR spectroscopy and elemental analysis. The chemical constitution of potassium salt of TANPyO can be deduced as K( C5H5N6O5 ), and the amino group of the 4-position deprotonated a proton. Impact sensitivity and friction sen- sitivity of potassium salt of TANPyO is 272 cm and 0, respectively. The thermal decomposition process of the energetic potassium salt was studied by means of the TG-DTG and DSC at a heating rate of 10 K/rain. It consists of one endothermic peak( 249.3℃ ) and one violent exothermic peak(278.7℃ ) with 8.8% residues. TG-DTG and DSC measurements show that the low-temperature decomposition and high-temperature decomposition of ammonium perchlorate(AP) with 5% potassium salt are 10.8℃, 72.5℃ and 49.0℃ respectively, which are lower than that of neat AP. The salt has a good catalytic effect on the thermal decomposition of AP.
