摘 要:基于C/C复合材料良好导电特性,采用试样直接通电加热技术,对2D C/C复合材料在室温~2 400℃范围的压缩性能进行了试验研究,发展了C/C复合材料超高温力学性能试验方法,得到了2D C/C材料压缩强度、模量随温度的变化规律及其破坏模式。结果表明,2D C/C材料在一定温度范围内表现为线弹性、脆性破坏,压缩强度与模量随温度升高而增加,其中强度较模量增幅显著,强度在2 400℃左右达到最大;纤维束层间界面性能在2D C/C复合材料中起着重要作用,层间界面性能的改变直接影响着材料的力学性能及其破坏模式。Based on good conductive performances of 2D C./C composites, their compressive properties from room temperature to 2 400℃ were studied by using direct electric heating technology to specimens. The test method of mechanical properties of C/C composites at ultra-high temperature was developed, and the damage morphology and changing laws of their in-plane compressive strength and modulus with respect to temperature were obtained. The resuhs indicate that 2D C/C composites exhibit the perform- ance of linear elastic and brittle failure in a certain temperature range, besides, both strength and modulus increase with the tem- perature. Strength rises dramatically, which reaches the peak at 2 400℃. On the other hand, the performance of inter-laminar in- terface between fiber and matrix plays an important role in 2D C/C composites, and its change will influence both their mechanical properties and fracture modes directly.
