摘 要:采用沉淀分级方法,以四氢呋喃作为溶剂、甲醇作为沉淀剂,将自由基聚合的宽分布HTPB样品制备成5个窄分布的标样。采用GPC-MALLS法,测定了HTPB标样的相对分子质量及其分布。实验结果表明,HTPB标样色谱峰峰形对称,峰窄,相对分子量分布均匀,分散指数D<1.3。与VPO法测定结果对照,数均相对分子量相对偏差<10%。以窄分布HTPB作为标样,采用GPC法测定了HTPB相对分子质量及其分布,获得的数均、重均相对分子质量及分散指数与GPCMALLS法结果基本一致,相对偏差<10%;数均相对分子质量与VPO法相对偏差<12%。Through methanol precipitation, the broad distribution HTPB of free radical polymerization was graded into five nar- row distribution standard samples. The molecular weight and molecular weight distribution of HTPB standard samples were determi- nated by gel permeation chromatography-laser light scatting(GPC-MALLS). The experimental results show that the peak shape of self-made HTPB standard sample is symmetrical and narrow, the molecular weight distribution is even, and the dispersion index D is less than 1.3. Compared with the results determinated by vapour pressure osmometry (VPO), the relative error of number molecular weight is less than 10%. Using narrow distribution HTPB as standard samples of GPC ,the results by GPC are basically the same as the results by GPC-MALLS and the relative error is less than 10%. Compared with the results by VPO, the relative error is less than 12%.
