摘 要:在工艺矿物学研究的基础上,采用弱磁-脱泥-铜硫混浮-中矿集中脱泥工艺流程对高碱、高泥、品位低的城门山选铜尾矿进行了铜硫铁等有价元素的综合回收选矿试验研究。试验获得铜精矿铜品位8.29%、回收率为9.16%,硫精矿硫品位为48.40%、回收率为58.87%,铁精矿铁品位为56.70%、回收率为2.51%、尾砂产率为62.53%、含硫品位为0.17%。经脱泥选别后的尾砂主要由石英和钾长石组成、易发生氧化的金属硫化物硫含量低,已达到建筑材料硫化物含量(按SO3质量计)小于0.5%的要求、经筛析表明粒度适中,从技术指标看,适用于建材予以综合利用。Based on the process mineralogy research, the comprehensive recovery of copper, sulfur, iron and other valuable elements in Chengmenshan tailings with high-alkalinity, high-mud and low-grade was carried on by using the process of field weakeningdesliming-coppersulfur mixed flotation-middlings desliming. The experiment result shows that copper grade of copper concentrate was 8.29%, recovery rate was 9.16%; sulfur grade of sulfur concentrate was 48.40%, recovery rate was 58.87%; iron grade of the iron concentrate was 56.7%, recovery rate was 2.51%; tailings yield rate was 62.53%, sulfur grade was 0.17%. The tailings after desliming were mainly composed of quartz and potash feldspar. The sulfur content of oxidizing metal sulfide is low, which has reached the construction materials sulfide content requirement(according to the quality of the SO3 meter) is less than 0.5%. The sieve analysis showed the particle was moderate in size, and was suitable for the comprehensive utilization in building materials from the aspect of technical indicators.
